I have a quirky, contemporary, photo-journalistic style and a desire to help to make your day just what you want it to be. I like to make sure everyone has the most relaxed, happy day possible whilst keeping a handle on snack breaks, windswept hair and lipstick smudges.
I’m pretty keen on the power of the printed image, so I work with your images to turn them into artwork to be put on a wall or in an album. Pop a print in the hallway so if you’re having one of those days, where nothing is going right you’ve got a reminder of your happy day right in front of you when you get back home. I have a bunch of excellent, alternative printing options (Panel Pop anyone?!) available to make sure your memories aren’t stuck, sad & lonely, in the back of a dusty, obsolete hard drive forever (remember VHS?!).
Since I bought my very first 35mm point & shoot camera at the age of six I’ve never been without a camera close at hand. Photography is, has been and always will be a major part of my life. I teach analogue photography & darkroom skills to kids throughout Adelaide & I am an emerging member of the AIPP. I also volunteer my time and skills for a very special organisation, Heartfelt, check it out if you haven’t heard of it.
I also run (in collaboration with my mum) Presence, an Adelaide based unique, gift store which specialises in analogue photographic gear. This gives me a great space to chat with anyone who will listen about cameras, film & typewriters.
Tell me about your day, I’d love to hear.
Alternatively pop by my facebook page.
